What stays on your computer
Argos keeps the main copy of your project on your Mac, including your project files, references and generated results.
What we receive
- What you send us when you apply: your name, email, project description and any link you share. Applications are collected through a third-party form provider.
- Account and usage records needed to run the service: your identity, usage limits and receipts for requests.
- The conversation, prompts and references needed to fulfil a request you make, and temporary results while they are delivered to you.
Who it is shared with
To answer you and generate media, Argos sends the relevant conversation, approved prompts and references to third-party AI providers. Those providers handle that data under their own terms. We also use infrastructure providers to run the service and, if paid options open, a merchant of record to process payment. We don't sell your personal data.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts and images are served from this site.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal data only as long as we need it to run the service and meet legal duties. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights.
