These terms cover your use of Argos, an AI creative partner for filmmaking, and this website. Argos is operated by Xin Du, an individual. By using Argos you agree to them.
The service
Argos is an early product in invited beta. It is an independent product built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn while it is in beta.
Access
You need an invitation to use Argos and must be at least 18 years old. Keep your access to yourself and don't share it. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the ideas, scripts, references and other material you bring to Argos. You confirm you have the rights to use that material. You give us permission to process it, and to send what you approve to AI providers, only to run the service for you. We don't claim ownership of what you make.
AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other material, and Argos's creative suggestions are opinions for you to judge. You are responsible for reviewing what you generate and for how you use it, including whether it can be protected or published.
Prohibited content
You may not use Argos to create NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, or any other content banned by our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy is part of these terms. Prompts may be checked by automated moderation, and we may refuse a request or end access that breaks it.
Payment
Argos is free during the invited beta, and paid access is not on sale. If paid options open, prices will be shown before you buy, and a merchant of record may process payment. Our Refund Policy applies.
Disclaimers and liability
Argos is provided as it is during the beta, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work. Keep your own backups of work that matters.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
